I’m Lifting Weights Today
I should be doing air alert. But I’m lifting weights today. I can’t believe I’m doing it at all. Since I’ve lost a lot of mass, I’m not lifting as heavily, but I gotta say, it feels good to get a nice pump going and I feel really comfortable with how familiar these motions are.
I SHOULD be doing air alert today. It’s the last week, week 7, before the scheduled one week break (week 8).
