It’s Over
These past three months have been great. Through all the hard work and set backs, making the wrong decisions and making up for the wrong decisions, hungry nights, sleepless nights, hangovers and over reaching, my primary goal is done.
I am very happy with my body and most importantly with my health. My aesthetic goal was to embrace my natural skinniness and look normal with my clothes on and impressive with my clothes off.
Now it’s time to start anew.
before (after the first week of January:
after (first week of april):
Finally, after about 4 weeks, some real progress. I owe it to this week’s jump rope and calisthenics regiment. Gonna go all out and push my limitations next week, my last full week, and then rest up the week after.
Week 10 (3/4 to 3/10)
It’s been awhile since my last progress pic. To be honest, not much progression; it’s more like digression.
Flexing my lats. Honestly, it’s pretty disgusting how wide they are IMO. I almost never do any exercises that focus on the lats so this makes it even more gross. At the moment, I’m thinking of ways I can tighten and shrink them. I hope I can
In lieu of a proper topless Tuesday, here’s one for tonight before bed and then some.
My back progress. No flex. Very rarely do I do any actual back exercises and it seems pretty decent besides my lats
If you didn’t know, I love going to bed hungry and then being woken up at 2:30 am via text asking where one can get some spicy food at this time >____>
I was gonna post this pic from earlier tonight tomorrow or so but since I’m up…
There WILL be a six pack in that empty space by April.
Not good enought. Not one bit.
P.S. I didn’t bitch out on my run :)
